Our products, which come with a 10-year guarantee, are made from natural materials and have been designed and manufactured in Southern Burgundy, France. Controlled production without waste is part of our daily commitment, as our modern firing techniques require less energy, resulting in particularly low CO2 emissions from our workshops. Additionally, the waste generated is recycled, and the water used in production is filtered and reused.

The tradition and savoir-faire of producing our dishes in Marcigny, in the south of Burgundy, have been passed down from generation to generation. Each worker prepares their own moulds, produces their dishes, and signs each one with their initials, a pledge of quality for all our production. Our Ceramic Bread Cloche allows you to proof your bread directly in the cloche, and the lid traps steam to imitate a steam-injected oven, producing a crispy crust. The cloche is sized for a round loaf made with 3 cups of flour and includes a recipe/instruction book. Crafted from all-natural clay, the dimensions of the Bread Cloche are 13.2" x 11.2".
